1. Membership is available to anyone 12 years of age or older. Youth are required to particpate in 3+ activities annually - this is manadatory. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. You promise NOT to use to conduct any fraudulent or business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.

3. Add additional children Name(s) and Date of Birth, School and Grade in an email to us @ info.478youthandbeyond@gmail.com.

4. There is no Membership Dues - we ask that you allow your child(ren) to participate in a minimum of 3+ events per year. NO EXCEPTIONS...

5. Parents are required to volunteer and be involved in a minimum of 2 youth activities. Mandatory participation - NO EXCEPTIONS!
